Hello Time Bank Colleagues,

I believe that all Time Bank members must become proficient at the social construction of leadership, of democratic group governance and of project management, in a transparent and non-hierarchical practice. My community service work is advocating and teaching the practice of Co-Producing the knowledge, skills and information of social capital together with Time Bank members. My collaboration with you is a rigorous application of the FIVE Time Bank value principles. SEE VISION/MISSION?VALUES . We aim for the civic engagement and sustainability of time bank service exchanges, in terms of the development of their inherit capacity to rebuild sustainable communities.
